Your role:
- Develop features, improvements and fixes in riskine’s API products.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Head of Architecture to create concepts. Concepts are either purely technical (addressing nonfunctional concerns) or solve business requirements.
- Shape the long-term target picture of the service architecture, while considering both future business requirements and scaling challenges.
- Manage merge reviews for your services, ensuring they meet quality and security standards and proactively guiding other developers.
- Lead the release process for your services from planning and rollout strategy to executing and managing them.
- Support efficient communication between Product Owner, Developers, Project Managers.
- Work with a state-of-the-art software stack, including Docker, Python, PostgreSQL, Flask, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Dapr, Traefik.
Your profile:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a developer with a focus on Python, Java, Golang, or similar
- Experience with API-based web applications
- You have excellent communication skills and are a team player
- Experience in managing IT projects is a plus
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a plus

- Your minimum salary is € 4.485 gross according to the IT collective agreement. Overpayment is explicitly considered, depending on your professional experience and qualifications. Additionally, you benefit from the company’s overall success by receiving a variable and performance-based bonus.
